चालू घडामोडी - ऑगस्ट २०२१
उत्तर प्रदेशात फेब्रुवारी-मार्च २०२२ मध्ये होणार असलेल्या विधानसभा निवडणुकांसाठी काँग्रेस पक्षाने पक्षाच्या सरचिटणीस आणि पक्षाच्या हंगामी अध्यक्षा सोनिया गांधींच्या कन्या आणि पक्षाचे माजी अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधींच्या भगिनी प्रियांका वाद्रा यांना मुख्यमंत्रीपदासाठीच्या उमेदवार म्हणून जाहीर केले आहे. एक तर राहुल किंवा प्रियांकांना मुख्यमंत्रीपदासाठी उमेदवार घोषित करा हा आग्रह प्रशांत किशोरने २०१७ च्या विधानसभा निवडणुकांच्या वेळेसही धरला होता. तो त्यावेळी पूर्ण केला गेला नव्हता पण यावेळी तसे होत आहे असे दिसते.
प्रियांकांनी २०१७ पर्यंत केवळ आपल्या आईच्या रायबरेली आणि भावाच्या अमेठी लोकसभा मतदारसंघाच्या भागातच प्रचार केला होता. २०१७ मध्येही या लोकसभा मतदारसंघांच्या भागात असलेल्या १० पैकी अवघ्या २ जागा काँग्रेसला जिंकता आल्या होत्या. २०१९ च्या लोकसभा निवडणुकांसाठी प्रियांकांवर राज्याच्या पूर्व भागातील मतदारसंघांमध्ये प्रचाराची जबाबदारी देण्यात आली होती.
मागच्या वर्षी लॉक डाऊनच्या दरम्यान काँग्रेस पक्षातर्फे इतर राज्यात अडकलेल्या मूळच्या उत्तर प्रदेशातील मजुरांना राज्यात परत आणायला म्हणून शेकडो बस आणल्या पण त्या मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथांच्या सरकारने राज्याच्या सीमेवर अडवून ठेवल्या असा दावा काँग्रेस पक्षाकडून करण्यात आला. त्या तथाकथित बसपैकी अनेक अस्तित्वात नव्हत्या तर अनेक नंबर प्लेट दुचाकींचे होते हे नंतर स्पष्ट झाले. असल्या नौटंकीवर पक्षाच्या रायबरेलीच्या आमदार अदिती सिंग यांनी प्रियांकांवर टीका केली. त्यानंतर अदिती सिंगना पक्षाने काढून टाकले. आता कदाचित २०२४ मध्ये अदिती सिंग भाजपकडून रायबरेली लोकसभा मतदारसंघातून सोनिया गांधींविरोधात निवडणूक लढवतील.
२०१९ च्या लोकसभा निवडणुकांमध्ये काँग्रेसला उत्तर प्रदेशात स्वतः सोनिया गांधींची रायबरेली वगळता एकही दुसरी जागा मिळाली नव्हती. निवडणुकांचा निकाल लागल्यानंतर ४ दिवसांनी म्हणजे २७ मे २०१९ रोजी नेहरूंच्या पुण्यतिथीनिमित्त लखनौच्या प्रदेश पक्ष कार्यालयात कार्यक्रम झाला होता त्यात पक्षाचे ज्येष्ठ नेते रामकृष्ण द्विवेदी यांनी राहुल-प्रियांकांच्या कार्यपध्दतीवर आक्षेप घेतला. त्यानंतर रामकृष्ण द्विवेदींना तडकाफडकी पक्षातून काढून टाकले गेले. रामकृष्ण द्विवेदी हे हाडाचे काँग्रेसवाले होते. जानेवारी १९७१ मध्ये त्यांनी काँग्रेस पक्षाचे उमेदवार म्हणून तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री त्रिभुवन नारायण सिंग यांच्याविरोधात गोरखपूर जिल्ह्यातील मनीराम विधानसभा मतदारसंघातून पोटनिवडणुक लढवली होती आणि त्यात त्यांनी मुख्यमंत्र्यांपेक्षा दुप्पट मते मिळवून मुख्यमंत्र्यांचा पराभव केला आणि खळबळ उडवली. त्यांनी कधीही पदाचा लोभ ठेवला नाही आणि केवळ पक्षाचेच काम केले. जवळपास ८८ वय असलेल्या रामकृष्ण द्विवेदींना प्रियांका-राहुलच्या कार्यपध्दतीवर आक्षेप घेतला हे महान पातक केल्याबद्दल पक्षातून काढून टाकण्यात आले. त्यानंतर काही आठवड्यातच रामकृष्ण द्विवेदींना कॅन्सरचे निदान झाले. पूर्ण जन्म काँग्रेसमध्ये घालवलेल्या द्विवेदींना आयुष्याच्या शेवटी पक्षातून काढून टाकले गेलेले जिव्हारी लागले. शेवटी मरताना तरी मला काँग्रेसवाला म्हणूनच मरू द्या अशी विनंती त्यांनी केली. त्यानंतर त्यांना पक्षात घेण्यात आले पण त्यांना काढले ही चूक झाली याविषयी चकार शब्द न बोलता त्यांना दुर्धर आजार झालेला असल्याने दया दाखवायला पक्षात घेतले गेले आहे अशाप्रकारचे स्टेटमेन्ट पक्षाकडून काढले गेले होते असे वाचल्याचे आठवते. त्यानंतर काही दिवसातच- २०२० मधील लॉक डाऊन सुरू होण्यापूर्वी चार दिवस रामकृष्ण द्विवेदींचे निधन झाले.
तर अशा आहेत प्रियांका वाद्रा. त्यांच्या उमेदवारीमुळे उत्तर प्रदेशात काय होते हे बघायचे.

लोकसभेत सभासद संख्या वाढवण्याचा मोदी सरकार चा मानस आहे.
सदस्य संख्या वाढवून १००० करण्याचे प्रयत्न केले जाणार आहेत.
दक्षिण भारत आणि महाराष्ट्र ह्यांनी सावध भूमिका घेणे गरजेचे आहे.
लोकसंख्या नियंत्रण करण्यात ह्या राज्यांनी प्रयत्न केले आहेत.
पण सदस्य संख्या वाढीचा फटका ह्या राज्यांना बसेल.
आणि गैर जिम्मेदार,बेशिस्त राज्यांना त्याचा फायदा होईल.
प्रामाणिक राज्यांना शिक्षा आणि बेशिस्त राज्यांना बक्षीस. दिले जाईल.
आताच ह्या राज्यांनी ह्या निर्णयाचा विरोध केला पाहिजे.

वेगवेगळ्या राज्यांच्या आता आहेत त्याच प्रमाणात लोकसभा सदस्य संख्या बदलू शकत नाही का? एकतर मोदी सरकारने लोकसभा सदस्यसंख्या १००० करायचा कोणताही निर्णय अजून घेतलेला नाही. जे काही चालू आहे ते सगळे मिडियामधील तर्क. त्याउपर तुमचा तर्क हा की त्या १००० जागा उत्तर भारतातील लोकसंख्येचे नियंत्रण व्यवस्थित न करणार्या राज्यांना जास्त मिळतील. जमिनीवर अजून काहीच नाही आणि तुमचे हवेतले मनोरे बांधून तयारही आहेत.
जरा दमाने घ्या की.

श्वास कधी डाव्या नाकपुडीने तर कधी उजव्या असा कितीही अनुलोम विलोम ते करत असतील तरी त्याचे डावे फुफुस असे सहज शांत होत नाही आणि झाले तरी ते काळ ते उजव्या फुफुसाने प्रणायामासाठी वापरत असता ते प्राचीन ग्रंथातील साधना करून तयार झालेले असल्याने ते दमणार नाहीत असा विश्वास आहे

मोदी सरकारने आता रिट्रोअॅक्टिव्ह टॅक्स वसूल करण्याचा नाद सोडला आहे. तशा अर्थाचे बिल सरकारने लोकसभेत आणले आहे. दोन आर्बिट्रेशन्स हरल्यानंतर ही उपरती सरकारला झाली.
खरे तर, सत्तेत आल्याआल्या मोदी सरकारने तो जुना नियम मोडीत काढणे आवश्यक होते. ते केले नाही. आता, उशीरा का होईना, दोनदा जागतिक पातळीवर नाक कापून घेतल्यानंतर सरकारला शहाणपण आले आहे, हेही नसे थोडके.

हे असले नमुने भारतात आहेत अजुन. जसे काय मोदी सरकार घरात बसुन लस उत्पादन करते. हे असले अर्थतज्ज्ञ म्हणुन डोक्यात जातात. बाकी ममता बाईंनी किती फार्मा कंपण्यांना बंगाल मधे लस उत्पादन करा म्हणुन बोलावले आहे? लस बनवणे म्हनजे पिठाची गिरणी वाटली काय? तरी बरं ४८ कोटी लोकांचे लसिकरण झाले आहे ... जगात दुसर्या क्रमांकावर आहे .. भले भले पुढारलेले देश अजुन मागे आहेत हे या लोकांना कधी दिसतच नाही . . .

हे हार्वर्डमध्ये प्रोफेसर आहेत. एकेकाळी मला अशा उच्चशिक्षित प्रोफेसर मंडळींविषयी आदर वगैरे वाटायचा. पण हे लोक जे एकेक प्रकार करतात ते बघितल्यावर पूर्ण भ्रमनिरास झाला.
बादवे, काँग्रेसच्या २०१९ च्या निवडणुकांसाठी दारिद्र्यरेषेखालील लोकांना दरमहा ६ हजार रूपये द्यायच्या तथाकथित न्याय या योजनेसाठी हे काँग्रेस पक्षाचे सल्लागार होते. असे पैसे वाटून गरीबी मिटत नसते हे इकॉन-१०१ मध्ये शिकवतात. पण त्याला हरताळ फासणार्या योजना राबवाव्यात असे सल्ले देणार्यांना अर्थशास्त्राचे नोबेल प्राईझ वगैरे मिळते. इतर कोणत्याही क्षेत्रात असा बेसिकमधला लोच्या करणार्याला नोबेल मिळेल असे वाटत नाही पण अर्थशास्त्राच्या नोबेलमध्ये ते चालते असे दिसते.

हो हेनरी किसिंजरला नोबेल शांती पुरस्कार दिला तिथेच त्या पुरस्काराचे अवमूल्यन झाले. माझा मुद्दा भौतिकशास्त्र वगैरे शास्त्रांमधील नोबेलविषयी आहे.

राजीव गांधी खेलरत्न पुरस्काराचे नाव बदलून आता ते मेजर ध्यानचंद खेलरत्न पुरस्कार असे ठेवण्यात आले आहे. मोदींनी आज ही घोषणा केली.
१) हा अत्यंत योग्य निर्णय आहे. क्रीडासंबंधित पुरस्काराला क्रीडापटूचेच नाव असायला हवे. खरं तर पुरूष खेळाडूंसाठी मेजर ध्यानचंद खेलरत्न पुरस्कार व महिला खेळाडूंसाठी पी. टी. उषा खेलरत्न पुरस्कार असे दोन वेगळे पुरस्कार हवे.
२) या निर्णयाला काही जण पाठिंबा देतील तर काही जण विरोध करणार. पुढील काही दिवस हाच विषय सर्वत्र चर्चिला जाईल. मोदींची हुशारी आता लक्षात येत आहे. जेव्हा ते समस्यांनी घेरलेले असतात तेव्हा ते अचानक अनपेक्षित निरूपद्रवी चाल खेळतात ज्यामुळे देशात दोन तट पडून वादावादी सुरू होईल व त्यामुळे मूळ समस्या बाजूला राहतील. आता तेच होणार आहे.

माझ्या मते तुलना करता येणार नाही. मेजर ध्यानचंद हे अतिशय मोठे खेळाडू होते. उषा सुद्धा गाजली पण ध्यानचंद ते ध्यानचंद.

नशीब भारतरत्न पुरस्कार स्वातंत्र्य मिळाल्यानंतर पहिल्या काही वर्षातच सुरू झाला. अन्यथा त्यांनी त्या पुरस्काराचे नावही 'राजीव गांधी भारतरत्न पुरस्कार' असे ठेवले असते.

Nehru was awarded Bharat Ratna in 1955 when he was prime minister.
Indira Gandhi was awarded in 1971 when she was prime minister.
Rajiv Gandhi was awarded posthumously in 1991 when the Congress got back to power after winning an election just a month after his death(Sympathy votes maybe ;-) )
And incase you are wondering the highest civilian honour in India - The Bharat Ratna is given by the President based on recommendations by the Prime Minister.
Like the Prime minister post the Nehru dynasty got the Bharat Ratna handed to them every generation(Hopefully Rahul Gandhi will end that streak unless experience a miracle).
Are you still going to ask what contributions by Rajiv Gandhi led to him being awarded the Bharat Ratna??
On a side note it took our dear Prime Ministers almost 40 years to give Bharat Ratna to Ambedkar and Vallabhai Patel.

खेळ रत्न पुरस्कार .
खेळाडू,खेळासाठी सर्व सुविधा देणारे राजकीय नेते, खेळाला आर्थिक मदत करणारी लोक .
ह्या मधील कोणाच्या हि नावे खेळ रत्न देण्यास काही हरकत नाही
खेळ रत्न म्हणजे खेळाडू च्याच नाव वरून दिला पाहिजे हे हास्यास्पद आहे.
राजीव गांधी ह्यांनी भारतात खेळ संस्कृती रुजावी म्हणून प्रयत्न केले असतील तर त्यांचे नाव बदलायची काही गरज नाही.

Why did india have to mortgage her gold?
India's economic problems started worsening in 1985 as the imports swelled, leaving the country in a twin deficit: the Indian trade balance was in deficit at a time when the government was running on a huge fiscal deficit.[1]
Russian Bloc broke with which India had rupee exchange in trade also caused problems. By the end of 1990, in the run-up to the Gulf War, the dire situation meant that the Indian foreign exchange reserves could have barely financed three weeks' worth of imports. Meanwhile, the government came close to defaulting on its own financial obligations. By July that year, the low reserves had led to a sharp depreciation/devaluation of the rupee, which in turn exacerbated the twin deficit problem.[2]
The Chandrasekhar government could not pass the budget in February 1991[3] after Moody downgraded India's bond ratings.
The ratings further deteriorated due to the unsuccessful passage of the budget. This made it impossible for the country to seek short term loans and exacerbated the existing economic crisis.[4] The World Bank and IMF also stopped their assistance, leaving the government with no option except to mortgage the country's gold to avoid defaulting on payments.
1991 crisis was also brought by poor policies of Rajiv Gandhi.
But he was given BHARAT RATNA for Economic mess, IPKF blunder and Bofors plunder.

महस 40 करोड डॉलर्स के लिये भारत को अपना सोना और अपना आत्मसम्मान गिरवी रखना पडा था!
उसके बारे मे कभी आपने पढा था की इसका जिम्मे दार कौन है?
बस यही पढाया गया की डॉ मनमोहन सिंह ने भारत की आर्थिक खाई से बाहर निकाला!

त्या मैदानाला मोदींचे नाव दिले जाणे समर्थनीय नाही हे त्यावेळीच ताज्या घडामोडींमध्ये लिहिले होते. तरीही एक प्रश्न---
मोटेरा स्टेडिअमला मोदी स्टेडिअम हे नाव कोणी दिले होते? मोदींनी की भारत सरकारने की गुजरात क्रिकेट असोशिएशनने? ते नाव जर भारत सरकारने दिले नसेल तर ते मोदी कसे बदलणार?
तरीही माझे नाव स्टेडिअमला देऊ नका एवढे एक वाक्य मोदींनी म्हणायला हरकत नव्हती हे पण तितकेच खरे.

खेळाला प्रोत्साहन देणारे धोरण मोदी सरकार नी जाहीर केले असते तर ते स्वागत करण्या योग्य होते.
नाव बदलून खेळाचा दर्जा भारतात बदलणार नाही.
आता जे खेळाडू टोकियो मध्ये देशाचे नाव उंच करत आहेत त्या मध्ये सरकार ची काय मदत आहे.
स्वतःच्या हिमतीवर,आर्थिक संकटाला स्वतः मात करून त्यांनी विजय संपादित केला आहे.
खेळासाठी वेगळे बजेट,प्रतेक शाळेला खेळण्याचे मैदान,उत्तम खेळाडू चा पूर्ण खर्च सरकारी खजिन्यातून असे काही तरी मोदी नी करायला पाहिजे होते.
मोदी तेच करत आहेत जे काँग्रेस आता पर्यंत करत आली आहे
दोन्ही पक्षात काही ही फरक नाही.

गूगल नावाचे एक सर्च ईंजीन आहे. तिथे जरा कष्ट घेउन शोधले तर सापडते. जरा https://smartcities.gov.in/ इथे पण चक्कर टाका.
बाकी सिटी कुठवर आल्या?? वगेरे प्रश्न मिपा वर विचारुन काहीही मिळणार नाही. सरकार शी पत्रव्यवहार करा.

नाम बदलने में माहिर हैं साहब, इससे पहले भी वो 'बेरोजगारी'का नाम बदल कर 'आत्मनिर्भरता' कर चुके हैं.
वाढते डिझेल-पेट्रोल दर, वाढती माहागाई यावर जनतेची मागणी आहे की तुम्हाला हे पद झेपत नसेल तर पद सोडले पाहिजे. सोडणार काम म्हणा.
कंट्रोल गेलंय सरकारचं दुसरं काही नाही. चालू द्या.

तालिबानने दहशतवादी गटाने अल्पसंख्यांकांच्या धार्मिक स्थळांवरही हल्ले करण्यास सुरुवात केली आहे. याचाच एक भाग म्हणून, तालिबानशी संबंधित इस्लामी अतिरेक्यांनी थाला श्री गुरु नानक साहिब गुरुद्वारामधून पवित्र शीख ध्वज निशान साहिब जबरदस्तीने काढून टाकला . अफगाणिस्तानच्या पक्तिया प्रांतातील चमकानी येथे ही घटना घडली. भारताने याचा निषेध केला आहे.

काँग्रेस सरकार नी देशात अनेक tech कॉलेजेस,विविध संशोधन संस्था,खेळाला प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी विविध पुरस्कार,खूप मोठा प्रमाणात शिक्षण संस्था,मेडिकल कॉलेज,हवाई तळ.
काय काय निर्माण केले होते.

मोदी सरकार नी अशाच संस्था,पुरस्कार,कॉलेजेस,हवाई तळ,मेडिकल कॉलेज,संशोधन संस्था स्थापन कराव्यात.
आणि खुशाल मोदी साहेबाचे नाव द्यावे.
आमचा पाठिंबा आहे.
फक्त पहिल्या सरकार नी निर्माण केलेल्या विविध संस्था,पुरस्कार,कॉलेजेस,medical colleges, संशोधन करणाऱ्या संस्था ह्यांची नावं बदलून स्वतः ची नाव देवू नयेत.
